Hi all..
I am having elective cosmetic surgery in late December. I have the choice of having my surgery at either Medical City or Presby Dallas. I will spend one night in the hospital. Same doctor and same anesthesia group. I am wondering which one has better nursing and support staff. Would love to hear your opinions and experiences.
I did deliver my third child at Presby Dallas and thought the nursing staff there was wonderful. Thank you in advance!!!
I have never heard anything on Presby Dallas but I did have my youngest at Medical City Dallas and I have NO complaints whatsoever. I can NOT say enough about them, They were always on top of everything. It didn't matter which department I was in.
I had A LOT of complications from the start of my pregnancy so I was in the ER and L&D A LOT.

I used to work for Presby Dallas and loved it! If we lived closer, I would have had my son there, and any to come.

I had a baby at Medical City and at Presby, and I found Presby to be the best experience overall. The medical staff were good in both, however I just liked the atmosphere and general quality of Presby.

I had my son at Presby Dallas also, and couldnt have asked for better nurses. My room was always nice & clean, very quiet. My cousin had her son at Medical City and her experience was great there too. So I would say either hospital would be a good choice. Good luck with your surgery and wish you a speedy recovery.
I had my daughter at Medical City and everyone there was awesome. I also recently had surgery at Presby Dallas and they were great as well. It would be a toss up for me. Good luck.
