Medicaid has sent me two cards now. I didn't not request the second it was in the mail. My qquestion is...Which card do i use? the one i have been using or the new one?
No they have different numbers on them but only one digit is off......

Are they identical? Do they have the same Medicaid number on them? Does the 2nd one have your primary care provider (doctor) on it? As long as they are identical, it doesn't matter which one you use. If the second one has more information on it (like the doctor's name) you should use it.
Sometimes they send news ones out. You can use either one.
Call them and ask- usually when an insurance company sends you a new card there is a letter that asks you to replace the old one. There is probably a small change that required a new card!
Do they have the same ID numbers? They've done this to me before... they were identical. I just carried them both, because calling those people is a huge pain, and I never had any issues. If there are any issues, the drs office or pharmacist or whoever can call them themselves!
What does the second one say? If they both say the exact thing keep the second one as a spare in case you lose the first one or give it to a family member/ spouse in case something happens to you. they sent me 2 of all my kids cards I gave the 2nd to their gramma for when they visit her
