Sam's Club or Costco has the best quality and the best price.
I advise staying clear of any of the mattress stores, they sell inferior products
Any thoughts on the best place to buy a standard twin mattress and box springs for a child's bed? Thanks!

I bought my mattress set, my daughter's mattress and the mattress for her trundle (all at separate times) at the Mattress Firm in Olathe, near 119 & Strang line. Always good service!
We had great luck with both our girls mattress sets at Mattress City. They were great and even matched the price with our second set that we got on our first over a year later. Good luck
We have had good luck with NFM, but we bought one at Costco, too. The Costco mattress was a Sealy, and for the most part, we are happy with it. It is a non-flippable mattess and I don't think I would get one of those again. We have the crater going on my husband's side and the only thing we can do is rotate it around to my side.
Good luck and sleep tight!
We just bought a twin mattress at Nebraska Furniture Mart, after looking around at Penney's and Sears, too. They have a wide variety of beds/price options. One thing I didn't know is that not all mattresses are "flippable." Able to flip means you extend the life of the mattress, plus hide accidents, maybe? :) We actually ended up paying a little more for a pillow-top mattress that is flippable, and then paid the extra for their mattress protectors, guaranteed for 10 years, with up to three replacements (of the mattress protector). I liked their selection, though, and they always have great sales going on. Good luck!
