I found mine at a resale shop (Kid to Kid). It was brand new with the panty liner still intact and the tags hanging on it. Don't remember the brand, but you never know what you'll find if you look around.
I am in my second trimester and want to get a swimsuit that will last me throughout my pregnancy. I am open to both one pieces and tankini styles but I am looking for something that has some support in the chest and would be practical for swimming and not just lounging. I was pregnant during the winter with my first so I haven't shopped for a maternity suit. Thanks for the suggestions.

I just got a pea in the pod suit--good chest support definitely. Haven't worn it long so hopefully it will still fit in June!
I swam laps for exercise with my first and got by just buying a Speedo swimsuit a few sizes bigger. It had good support because they tend to be tight, and I didn't have to worry about staying tucked in while swimming laps.
Target, Old Navy and Motherhood Maternity all have pretty decent suits for a good price! I had an August baby and am having another one this August (what were we thinking!), so I have definitely needed some good suits. All of mine from last time still look and feel great!
I bought a PregO Maternity Wear swimsuit online. $70 but worth it. My daughter was born in June and I wore it before and after that summer. The one I got had good adjustable support up top.

I got a tankini from Motherhood last year when I was pregnant. Actually I got it when I was 7 months along, so I was rather huge at the time, but they do last and grow with you. I loved mine.
I got a 2 piece tankini swimming suit from Kohls that was not a maternity swimming suit and it was excellent! I just bought it a few sizes up and it worked great. It had sides that you could adjust with strings on the bottom. Try out some suits that aren't maternity and you may be surprised! I was able to wear that one throughout my entire pregnancy and it still looked great even after I had my baby.
I had a Liz Lange Maternity tankini from Target and loved it!
i got a tankini from pea in the pod, on sale at maternity works. it has an underwire, which makes all the difference. the high bottom was key, because while i liked showing off my preggo belly, i did not not not want anyone to see my post baby belly, and i was hot as hades after the baby even more so than when i was preg,, i loooooved having that suit afterwards, sweating in the sun.
If you want to swim laps- I suggest something like this: http://www.swimtowin.com/materinty.aspx
I swim and I just bought a halter one piece from old navy and it is HORRIBLE, has no support and DRAGS. I really wanted something like a speedo .... so the above is the answer I found on all the swimmer and triathlon blogs. :)
Honestly I liked Victoria's secret for that stuff when I was pregnant. Their quality was a lot better. (I bought bras too, they were so comfy) Their swimsuits have a lot of breast support... I would just check out their sale swimsuits online and order that way because they can be expensive. If you search out push up or full coverage types or something like that it will give you great support. I'm not sure what kind of suit you want, but a 2piece you wouldn't have to worry about the middle being too snug. I rocked a 2 piece when I was pregnant (5 & 6 months in June and July).
I agree with Mommyprovider, I was just going to add pea in a pod lol, My only beef with them is that the cheapest mat suit is like $60, but tankinis and 1 pieces tend to be more expensive
