I would like to suggest Ranch 'Ritas. My husband and I recently used them for a backyard barbeque that we had and we truely loved them. It is a husband and wife that run the business and, I think, they are based near Texas motor speedway. We got one of the packages that they offered along with an extra mix and it came to about $125.00. They delivered it, set it up, showed me how to use it and came to pick it up.
