Craigslist
I would search under Thomas the Tank table or Chugginton Train table. Since I don't know if you really live in Ohio - hard to do a Craigslist search for you there. Here's what I found in DC.

have you googled train table for toddlers? or something along those lines. I know they have them out there. Also try 1st step ahead i think is the site they have train tables there.
I just checked amazon they have several to choose from.
Nilo play tables are very expensive but well worth the money. Why? Because they can be heightened from regular train table size to a stanadard sized table with their special replacement legs. With the replacement legs or not, because the table is made out of quality wood and is very strong they can also be used for crafts, eating (like a kids/guest table) a desk (there are chairs and storage accessories you can purchase) or whatever suits your needs.
They wipe clean easily if you get marker, crayon etc on them. They have a removable mat with realistic looking train track or road design on it, a Lego compatible mat for building, and can hold up to 400lbs of weight, which is great if you have kids who jump and climb on furniture.
Best of all, if you get sick of looking at it, or need room, the legs are removable for storage purposes and it can easily fit under a bed or in a closet.
We like Nilo so much, we have 2! A day doesn't go by that they are not used. This was one of the best purchases we ever made for the kids.

You can easily make one out of a sheet of plywood and legs. Just ask at Lowes or Home Depot. They will cut the plywood and the legs to size. You attach a piece to the table and then attach the legs. Paint it to match your decor.
Just build one. here is a great site with free plans for all kinds of things, I'm sure you could adjust the measurements on something and end up with a great piece.
If you are near an Ikea that may may be an option. Look at their cheap coffee tables, they come in many sizes and are just the right height :)
target has those fold up party tables for $40
Good luck
