I know it's not a parenting question, but I'm having a hard time finding underwear. I used to wear Hanes string bikinis. They were awesome. Now I can't find them anywhere. Does anyone have any recommendations on a string bikini or a bikini panty that has thin straps on the sides? I would like them to stay put and to be seamless if possible. I didn't think they would be so hard to find. I'm not looking to spend a fortune on underwear, but I may not have a choice. I also use to wear V.'s Secret, but I stopped buying them because I they quality had gone down, and judging by reviews online, they are still poor quality.
I shop the clearance racks at Target for underwear. I find all kinds there, from thongs to bikinis to boy shorts.

Go up to Dulles Towne Center and walk the mall!! I know it's funky - but try several different pairs on.
I personally don't like bikini underwear. I prefer the "boy short". I don't get lines that way.

Well I don't know about the online reviews but I've been buying and wearing V.'s Secret panties for YEARS and I find they fit and wear very well (though I don't buy the "PInk" line, I do think that's more cheaply made.) My current favorite is the "no-show sexy hiphugger panty" at $11 each. They look and feel and hold up so well wash after wash they are more than worth it IMO. You get what you pay for!
VS hiphuggers are pretty good for smooth lines. They stay put. Quality seems good to me.
I've always worn VS low rise bikini. My sister loves Soma underwear.
I love my V.'s Secret all cotton thongs. Mine have held up well.
I buy them when I get 5/$27.50. Love them!
If you have an outlet mall close to you, check for a Hanes outlet fur your favorites. Maybe they've been discontinued and you can get more.
Check on Amazon. You may find the ones you like.
I like Warners panties. I get them at Macy's or kohls, but I see Warners has a value priced line sold at Target.

Lately I've been going on Zulily where they usually do packs of them and bras in bulk. I've actually had good luck with them, because I've also become really disappointed in VS.
