Malitol?

Hi. I have not heard of the Malitol. I will look it up and read more about it.
I was wondering why you are not using the sugar substitute called Stevia Extract? I have heard its the most natural and best sugar substitute out there these days. (I have been fascinated with and have studied nutrition for over 18 years.) So, I have already bought a bottle of this. Its in a tiny bottle with a dropper. I keep it in the fridge. Is this for you or for a child???

Also as Culinary Pro I have never heard of it, and if it feels iffy to you, why would you pursue using it?

If it is to be used for children, I would not seek raising a child on FAKE FOOD Sources or subs-----Honey is fine, agave nectar is fine, and even some real sugar is fine for maintaining a healthy body!

I'm not sure about all the health aspects, but I am pretty certain that it is not digested well, and if you consume too much of it, it will wreak havoc on your intestinal tract (diarrhea and gas/bloating).

Malitol is completely natural. It comes from wheat. It doesn't raise blood sugar levels, doesn't make you crave carbs. A company called Amberlyn Chocolates uses this in their products. I've never had a problem with it at all and it tastes good too.
