The best place to get this information is the PETA.org site. Go to the "Living" section and then "Beauty and Personal". You can find all products that are safe. Even lotions, shampoos, etc.
Do you have any suggestions for makeup not tested on animals?
I've given up on all the expensive department store types I used to buy since they test on animals.
I had to give up on most of the drugstore types like Cover Girl, Maybelline etc.
I am currently buying MAC, E.L.F. and Kiss My Face.
Am I missing any drugstore versions?
Thank you for the help!

Avon does not test on animals. Good quality / good price.
A little information on animal testing.
Even if the product it self was not tested on animals the ingredients that are in it were at one time tested on animals. There is NO WAY to get away from animal testing.
Aloette is great and I don't think that they test on animals....
I use Sei Bella. It's a natural line that is sold online and has never been tested on animals. It also has pharmaceutical grade vitamins and botanicals that actually heal the skin. It's priced reasonably at less than department store prices and some items comparable to drug store costs. Besides cosmetics it also has an extensive line of skincare. I love it!

PS There is way to buy it at discounted prices. Let me know if you're interested.
Mary Kay does not test on animals. If you would like to verify the information please view there website. If you would like a represenative please feel free to contact me.
Try Motives. This is the best line out there right now. Not animal tested. It has the price point of mac but the quality of a bobby brown. It also has a higher pigment so it lasts longer. You will love it.

The Body Shop. I don't know if they have makeup because I wear drugstore makeup, but all their lotions and face creams aren't tested on animals.
Try www.poofscloset.com Poofy organics is a company out of New Jersey and I won some of their products in a contest on Facebook. I seriously LOVE their products. Their products are certified organic, USDA certified and are endorsed by PETA.
Their prices are great too! if the poofscloset.com link doesn't work, just google Poofy Organics
Try Tarte...get it at Sephora. Never used it but have heard raves on it.
try BWC << been around for a long time and Aubrey..
