My all time favorite is:

1 cup skim milk
1 banana (best if you peel and then freeze the banana ahead of time--makes it more like a milkshake)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
1 T. honey (optional)

I don't know the exact calorie count...you could add protein powder if you wanted to. Sometimes I will substiture 1/2 cup yogurt and then only use 1/2 cup milk. It might not be very low cal, but it's healthy, fills me up and I avoid a lot of the carbs I would usually intake in the morning.

Another breakfast idea is to use natural applesauce instead of syrup on wheat pancakes.

Good luck,

K.

Aside from Cheryl's smoothie recipes, you could also try the Carnation Instant Breakfast powder packs. They are healthy and easy - just dump the stuff in milk and go!

I use Carnation Instant Breakfast powder packs. They great I get the dark chocolate and it taste like chocolate milk. I have lost probably around 10+ lbs. I also eat a lot less at lunch which seems to help.

Good luck

We just do frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whatever you want), some yogurt, and a little 100% juice in the blender to make smoothies.

Your best bet is to go with a juicing machine and squeeze in fruit and veggy juice with maybe some added flax seed or other greens. You'll lose weight doing that for sure and the energy is right there. I know its not the cheapest or the tastiest (there are a lot of other cheaper and not as effective or healthy drinks you coulod go with that have poisonous additives like aspartame etc.) but this is definitely the healthiest option and it is so easy and quick. Also if you want serious healthy energy add in spirulina or seaweed. They are SO healthy. The juice from the fruit will knock out the bitterness of those as well.

If you want an even easier version I would go to a holistic doctor and find out which "power" drink potion/powder at the health food store is your best bet. Personally, I would not go with those powder drinks from shaklee, herballife, melaleuca or any other place like that. They are not as good quality.
