Looking for Playgroups - Buffalo Grove, IL

I belong to the mom's group that is on meetup.com. It's called the SAHM's meetup group of the Northwest Suburbs (something like that, about 160 or more members). It's great, they have tons of activities all around where you live. Most of the mom's on there are from Buffalo Grove and have playgroups in your area. I would check it out if I were you. I love it, and we have great mom's night outings every month or whenever one of us needs to get out of the house then we all try to get together.

The best place that I know of is listed below. I know several moms in various parts of the country that use this to communicate with and organize their playgroups. The regular meetup.com website has "meetups" for almost any interest. Good luck!

our kids are a little bigger, but on Thursday morning aroun 10 am at the wheeling library we meet for story time and just hang out while the kids play. Where do you live in bg i live i bg too./ The park district has great programs and Gammin w/ michelle is a great and fun class i think the kids have to be over a year, but there are classes for your age son and it's a great way to meet mom's w/same age kids and who live in the area. Hi D.. I am in the Mundelein area (close to Buffalo Grove) and am also a new mom to a 3 week old boy. I would be interested in hearing what other people have to say. I went to a prenatal yoga class for most of my pregnancy and met quite a few other new moms there and would definately include you if we plan a get-together.
