I am looking for a excellent pediatrician in my area. He currently sees my doctor, but I don't think he is getting the care I want him to.

My niece uses Dr. Jeff Krawchek(?) at the Dean Clinic there on Tower Drive (across from Stop N Go) and she LOVES him. Her brother and sister also go there and love him as well. I've heard MANY good things about him from many friends of mine who bring their children to see him. Only drawback is the he's a busy man because of his popularity!
Many of my past and current daycare familys have gone to Dr.Taylor i am pretty sure she is uw physcian plus Sun Prairie all have liked her she not big on antabics she does not hand it out like candy which some have. good luck in your search my kids and i have always gone to Dr. Kamnetz she a Family practise in monona with physcian plus (she closed her practise a few years ago.)

I have taken both of my girls to Dr. Thomas Meier at 20 S. park in Madison, as when I was pregnant I got referred to him by a top surgeon at UW Hospital who was pregnant and having lab work done the same time I was. Anyway, he is the best, and for me worth the drive into Madison. Their number is ###-###-####.
Also you asked about childcare. I have a full time nanny that comes to my house here in Marshall, but she is starting to do daycare in her home in about a month. Would you be willing to drive to Marshall? Might be sort of a long drive I suppose. Other than that, I heard (not personal experience) that the Rock-a-Bye daycare on Lois Drive in Sun Prairie is good. My chiropractor takes her children there.
