Looking for Online Wish List Site.

I want to be able to keep an online list of things that my kids are interested in for giving gift ideas to family, or even just for myself as birthdays and holidays roll around. I've used Amazon before but I'm really looking for a site that isn't tied to a specific store. I've look at Wishpot.com, and I like what they offer, but I'd really like to hear from someone that has used it or something similar. All ideas welcome!

Thanks!

here is the link to the Amazon universal wish list:
http://www.amazon.com/wishlist/get-button
It will let you create a list from anywhere.

I've used myregistry.com for years for my daughter. It's made holidays and birthdays much easier.

Hey, just thought I'd pop in and say Amazon is now a universal wish list - you add a button to your toolbar and you can add items from any site. It's great! :-)
