I have a friend that does house cleaning and she is fabulous! She charges $20 an hour and is very reliable. I am not sure how long it would take to clean a 2100 sq. ft. house, but she is quick and gets a ton done in that hours time. I can't tell you enough how much I love my house cleaners. And, after they "get into the swing" of cleaning your house - they only charge $65 for an every other week cleaning (2 x per month). The first initial cleaning will probably cost about $100. My name is D. and I think the best reward / gift you can give yourself while you work full time is the gift of a housecleaner. Then, you can spend all of that extra time playing with your kiddos instead of doing housework when you come home! Good for you. I use, "Housecleaning Services". The ladies names are Raquel and Erica. They are wonderful and will even come while you are gone for the day. You will come home to a house that SHINES! They speak Spanish, but Raquel's son will call you in the evening to schedule everything. If I were you, I would just set a schedule with them, and then they will have you on their calendar and won't schedule anyone else in your time slots. I have cleaned houses for over 10 years and I wouldn't clean a 2100sq.ft. house for 75$, I would charge $150 -190 it would depend on how much laundry or other stuff you have them do. If you can find sone one to do it for that in my eyes your going to get someone that sprays and wipes not scrubing, sorry to say.
