Hello Fellow Moms,
I am in the process of buying a home in Johnson Ranch and before we move in it will need to be cleaned and exterminated. I really need one highly recommended because right now I am still in California.
Now, my husband was there today and said that it really did not look that bad on the inside at all with bugs and stuff. But I am extremely picky about bugs and webs. He did say that the outside though did have webs and stuff. I'm also looking for a Gardner. My husband is handicap and can no longer do those types of things.
So, if any of you mommies (especially in Johnson Ranch or nearby) can recommend a good house cleaner that is detailed and goes over and above the call of duty if you know what I mean (if she speaks spanish-that's OK). I would like to hire her before we move in the same with the gardner alot of the plants along with the grass is over-grown. Also, I'm looking for a reasonable Exterminator that is good. We have a service here because we live in an area that is prone to Black Widows it was the best thing we ever did especially with kids. It cost us $62.00 and they come every other month and in-between if we need them to at no extra cost.

I am a very detailed house cleaner. I am not spanish. I charge $25.00 and hour and will be perfectly honest with you. It takes me on average 3 hours to clean 2 large rooms. (for example kitchen and family room) This is because I litterally clean left to right top to bottom. I cannot help myself and some have wanted me to get more done in a shorter amount of time but I am just not programmed like that. I see the cleaning that is needed and I do all of it.

Lisa Somovery is great!!! She did an excellent job with my house and some other friends. I don't use her any more because I am a SAHM but the best house cleaner I have had. I am very picky about bugs of all kinds as well. I really love Blue Sky Pest Control and very much recommend them. We use Bulwark Exterminating. It only cost $38.50 a month although you can go every other month if you want too. The reason we do it every month is we have scorpions around outside; and they like coming inside too. We live close to the country! If you find any bugs in-between visits they'll come to your house for no extra cost.

We are located in Copper Basin... which is right down the street from you... We have not personally used them.... but I just recieved a flier from a local pest company.... Defense Pest COntrol..... Ask for Sam.... 1 yr agreement... $65 every 2 months.... ###-###-####.....
The young man who brought us the flier... was very polite and seemed nice...;0)
As for cleaning and doing yard work...I dont know of anyone specifically .... My daughter and I might be interested... if your willing to talk about the details. ;0)
