Hi S.,
I saw that you are planning a party. Maggiono's in Oak Brook is a great place. My husbands company has their xmax party there every year. Please call me if you need invitations for your mom. I am listed in the business section.
My sister and I are going to be throwing my mom a 60th birthday party in May. We are starting to look for places to have the party. I live in Lakeview, my sister is in Oak Park, my mom is in the south suburbs and the guests are everywhere! We are planning on having about 35 people. We wanted to keep the cost under $2,000, including food and drinks. We thought about Greektown. Any other suggestions or ideas? Thanks!

We have had several parties at Graziano's in Niles. It is wonderful. Call and ask for Paul tell him C. referred you.
It is a wonderful restaurant, great food and good service.
We had an 85th birthday lunch a few weeks ago at Palermo's in Oak Lawn. The banquet rooms are nice, there's ample parking, and the food was excellent -- a full bar, apps, lunch served family style. I'm not sure of the total price, but I think it was reasonable.
Hi S.,
We just had my daughter's Baptism party at Pete's Pizza on Grace and Western. The food (not just pizza..we did calamari, bruschetta, pasta, chicken...and more), atmosphere (just redecorated) and help was WONDERFUL. I paid $26.95 a person (kids under 4 free...4-7 1/2 price). It was hard to find somewhere reasonable. The best part...it included, beer, wine, coffee, soda's etc.
I was at Palermo's last year for bridal shower. Very nice.
