Looking for Good Interent- Monitoring Software

I need some software that will monitor where my kids are visiting, site content, log their keystrokes AND give me the ability to enable and disable their internet (or something to where they can and can't geton the web). Just wondering if anyone has something along this line and if it is working for them. I know there are different software packages that do all these features, but can't find anything that does it all.

THANKS!

Cybersitter is what I use by symnatec. You can download it from the website and it cost only around $40 - $50. It will do everythng you listed and not slow down your computer. I've tried many others, and I like this one the best.

Your service provider... like if it's Verizon... has an admin page and you should be able to disable their internet service from there. Not sure how you're set up but I can see each of my kids laptops and can block their access to the internet and I think there's a time access to but I haven't figured that one out.
