I've lost almost all of my baby weight (only 3 pounds to go) but I am unhappy with the additional flab and would like to tone up a bit. I would love to join a gym, but unfortunately finances and time do not allow it. Can anyone recommend any good fitness/exercise DVDs that I can do in my living room while my little one sleeps?

I really like Debbie Siebers workouts. YOu can buy that at www.beachbody.com. Unfortunately, they are an hour long so I have a hard time completing them now but I swear they kicked my butt.

I personally, am not a fan of Denise Austin. Even on mute she annoyed me so I would say try to rent one before buying it because I know some people love her and some do not.

I too am considering buy Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer as I like the idea of a shorter work out. I know people who have used his other stuff and liked it so I can't see this being any different. Good luck.

I like Denise Austin's Hit The Spot Pilates. It's nice because she breaks it up into 7 different sections targeting different areas (abs, hips, thighs, etc) and you can select just the ones you feel like doing at that time. They are 10 minutes each so easy to fit into your schedule.

Also, I have always liked any of the different Yoga Zone videos that I've tried. The more variety I have the better. It's fun to switch things up so you don't get bored. Good luck!

I love Denise Austin's Indoor Walk DVD! There are 3 different work outs (I especially love the power walk with weights for toning). Each is 15 minutes plus there's a 10 minute stretch section. Great for during naps when you're trying to squeeze in a quick, quiet work out!

Before I got pregnant, I swore by The Firm videos. There were about an hour long, but great results. They came with videos, a stepper and a balancing bar. That was back a few years ago and I know they change things up so I'm not sure what comes with it now. So now I've switched to 10 minute Trainer, by Tony Horton (don't have an hour anymore to work out!). I've just started but these 10 minute workouts kick my butt. I think I will see great results as well. Good luck and great job!
