All of you Mom's out there have been so helpful in the past, so now I am relying on your expertise!
My family is in desperate need of adding and replacing sheets and linens to our collection. Currently we don't bring in alot of extra money, we have plenty to make all the ends meet, but when I look at how much just one set of sheets cost, I panic. :) Do any of you out there have any suggestions of where is the best place to buy INEXPENSIVE, yet quality sheets and towels? We live near the Tri-Cities, so if there are any good stores there, or online is great too. Any suggestions to help me save money on these much needed items woud be much appreciated.
Thank You.

Other than Goodwill or some thing like it, stores have their white sales in January. Some times you can get sheets on sale the day after Thanksgiving. That's the best time to buy sheets.
Look for any loss leaders and buy those. They are usually the sales that say "Limit 1" or two or such. If I want more than the limit, I go back or bring my wife and we buy what we want. If there is a limit because of a coupon, buy more newspapers or call your paperboy in advance and ask him how he can get you extra newspapers or sale ads.
Good luck to you and your going "saling".
amazon, and overstock, ebay, ross, marshalls... but really, I have found some great, good quality linens at places like goodwill.
Walmart has some nice bedding online. Also, if you have Marshall's, TJ Maxx or Ross stores by you, they have nice bedding at a discount.
If your budget is really tight, or you really want to bargain shop:
Check the thrift stores, especially those in the "better' part of town.
If you're budget is not that tight, or you want new:
We've decent luck getting stuff like that through www.overstock.com. We got sets of king size sheets, including fitted, flat & 2 king pillowcases, for $25, and got free shipping.
If you like a particular brand or something, you might try using "camel camel camel" -- its a free website that tracks items selling on amazon and it graphs the price, so you can see if the item is really "a deal" or not.
I'd start with http://www.dealnews.com They search the stores that the other people listed and post deals on the best price. May not have what you are looking for, but it's a good place to start! They are awesome :)
