Try using a Basal Body Chart which you can find for free at http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/bbt/bbtfaq.html or http://babyshere.com/images/bbt-blank.pdf
Ladies~
I have been told about web sites that will help you track your cycle. Does anyone have any suggestions of good sites or a better way of finding out when I am ovulating without spending a ton of money?

also tryingtoconceive.com
Dear J.-
I tracked my basal body temp with a digital thermometer that listed the temp to the hundreth of the degree. However, this method only tells you after the fact, so it's too late to conceive. It's supposed to provide a pattern so you can predict your next ovulation, but won't work unless your cycle is pretty regular. I was most successful once I started using ovulation sticks. I started peeing on the stick when I anticipated ovulating (based on my temperature tracking). The stick gives you 24 to 48 hours to have sex. We only had to use a few sticks!!
Good luck!
Like the others, I highly recommend the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility." I used that for getting pregnant with both of my kids and charted my cycles on www.fertilityfriend.com. Good luck!
My best experience when I was trying to get pregnant is www.fertilityfriend.com
Good luck!
I have a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It is awesome. I also believe that they have a website too. Google it. It is why I have 2 kids and pregnant with my 3rd. Good luck!
http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/ This was the best website ever for tracking your cycle. I got pregnant so fast once I did a few months of tracking. I just used the free portion and never paid for the extra services and still the website was great.
www.fertilityfriend.com is very helpful. I also recommend the book "Take Charge of Your Fertility." Good luck!
http://www.pregnancy.org/preconception/ it worked for me, after 3 years, I finaly pregnant.
get a basal thermometer and start tracking every month. it should give you directions with the thermometer. when you think you have it down pretty sure (a few months) then get a ovulation test. learn all you can about ovulation...that will help too. you can start noticing signs in your body. i had to do it and i totally can tell now when i'm ovulating!!! but it takes a little time.
good luck!
Hi J.,
I don't know of a website, but there is a great book I read that is called "taking charge of your fertility". If you google it, you should find it, and I think there might be a website related to it, but not sure. It's cheap, cause you do it all yourself, but it takes discipline (taking your temperature, etc...). However, though it was tedious for a while, now I feel like I know and understand my body so much better! And I'll know exactly when to try next time I want to get pregnant again.
Good luck!
A.
