I recommend Northwoods Presbyterian Early Learning Center. They are located on FM 1960 between Stuebner Airline and Kuykendahl. TC Jester just opened from Louetta to FM 1960 so there's an additional way to get their quickly! Its a great program, the teachers have been there a long time and the pre school program has a lot of great features including, Chapel, · Music, Creative Movement, Computers, Community Resources, Field Trips for Pre-K, and several Summer Camps.
From their website,
The mission of the Northwoods Presbyterian Early Learning Center Preschool is to enrich, challenge and delight young children in a nurturing Christian environment.

The Early Learning Center Preschool (ELCP) is part of Northwoods ministry to young children and their families. The ELCP strives to give every child a time and place where he/she can be nurtured and feel loved, happy, safe, secure and accepted in a Christian environment.

The ELCP is founded on the premise that children progress through developmental stages at their own individual pace due to their unique personalities, interests, needs and learning styles.

My kids go/went to Grace Crossing Academy. It used to be called Spring Woodlands Christian School. The teachers and staff there are wonderful! It's a great Christian environment.

Children's Faith Academy on 1488 is wonderful. The director is amazing and the school is kept very small (like 50 kids total) so that all the teachers know all the children. Very much a family environment - my kids have been going there for 4 years now and I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

My daughter has been attending Resurrection Lutheran ELC in Spring. It's located off of Louetta and Holzwarth close to Lowe's Movie Theater. The teachers are very good and it is a great environment. You can do 2 or 3 days, I don't remember if they have a 5 day option. The cost is very low compared to others I looked into. My daughter has loved her time there.

I agree that Northwoods ELCP is a great, Christian preschool. They are filling up for fall, so you should check into it soon if you are interested.

Both my girls have attended (actually, my youngest is about to graduate) Christ the Good Shepherd Early Childhood Program. It's associated with Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church but they don't push Catholism. They do observe the church's calendar year so the children are taught about the different holidays (Christmas, Epiphany and Easter). They have lots of people in different careers come and visit the classes (firemen, dentist, doctor, scientist, etc.) Each week features a different letter/theme, they have an on-campus library where the children are able to check out books, and the kids take turns bringing assigned snacks (We've only done it twice). The administrators and teachers are real "children people." It's a very happy place. They are enrolling now and, of course, space is limited.
The program's director is Anne Shauger (shaw-ger) and her number is ###-###-####. They are located at 18511 Klein Church Road in Spring, not too far from the Louetta/Kuykendahl intersection.
Further north on Klein Church is Trinity Lutheran (although I think their frontage is Spring-Cypress). I understand they have a very good pre-k as well and they're a bit larger.
Good luck.

We love First Baptist child development center on Grogan's Mill (and we aren't Baptist). My husband and I love it, our girls love it and apparently the staff is pretty fond of it too, they have a very low turn over rate! Their child care inspection reports are also great!
