Partners IN OBGYN --Lisa Domalgaski is phenomenal! The best I have been too. She has great bedside manner. Very comfortable to talk to too
Hi, I recently found out I am pregnant and am looking for a good OB/GYN in Providence. I want to go to Women and Infants but there are so many doctors there and I'm hoping to hear some personal experiences to help me with my decision. Thanks in advance!

Jeannine Connolly at Center for OBGYN in Providence is amazing. She has that perfect and rare combination of bedside manner and skill and I trust her completely. I highly recommend her. THey work at Women and Infants and I think you will be thrilled. I would recommend anyone in that (all female) practice, but especially Dr. Connolly.
With my first, I had Robin Gray, Center for OB/GYN and loved her. I went to Caring for Women in Warwick for my second and I'm still there - primary reason for switching was a desire to give birth at Kent County Hospital instead of W&I, but the doctors at Caring for Women have privileges at both hospitals. My doc now is Kathleen Woodruff and she's great. Dr. Lefkowitz delivered my second (he wouldn't wait for Dr. W to come back from vacation) and she was awesome. I've heard great things about Dr. Spurrell also at that practice, from my girlfriend. They also have midwives. Good Luck on your decision and I hope you enjoy your pregnancy!
I go to OB/GYN associates in Providence. They have a group of doctors and a midwifery group. I used the midwives and had great birth experience at Women and Infants. I highly recommend this practice.
I LOVE Bayside OB/GYN especially Dr Kathleen Cote-Bowling. She delivered two of my four children and she is totally awesome. I was a high risk with my fourth and couldn't have asked for a better "friend" to help me through it. My son is now nine and when we talk she remembers everything like it happened yesterday! I always feel at home with her and that I am not just another dollar in her checkbook! Hope this helps!
Good luck!

Hi -
I also went to OBGYN Associates...they have offices all over, and all the doctors are really great! They delivered both my kids!

I use Dr. Clairborne of Women's Care, ###-###-####. He is great; awesome personality, good quality care, affiliated with Women & Infants, etc., makes you feel comfortable considering "those" appts. are less than appealing LOL. With pregnancy, you have alot more appts. and knowing I can ask him ANYTHING is the best.
I had three children with the practice. One with Dr. Clairborne. I was with his associate prior, who left the practice.
Good luck and CONGRATS!!!
I would definitely check out the "Women's Care" practice. THey have both midwives and doctors, whichever you prefer. I've used midwives there for both of my pregnancies and they are great. They have numerous offices, including one in Providence. good luck.
Hi M.,
I have had all 3 of my children at W&I and by far Erin Dobson is the best the have to offer. My second child was considered a high risk pregnancy because she was right after a mis-carriage. I happen to meet Erin in the W&I emergency room. She called me the following day to check on my status and I stayed with her for the duration of that pregnancy and another. Almost 15 yrs later she is still my OB/GYN. She has children of her own and she understands what you are going through. She understood that I was nervous about daughter so she would let me listen to her heartbeat a bit longer to put my mind at ease. By the way my daughter is a spunky 13 year old :)
Erin is wonderful!!!!
Good Luck with the baby,
