Looking for a Solar Shades Company and a Window Blind Company

We live in Lantana and had some blinds damaged from the hail storm but the blind place that our builder used is no longer in business. Can anybody suggest a reputable and affordable window blind company? Also have been thinking of getting a couple of solar shades for our windows but would like some suggestions for good companies as well.

What can I do next?

Also probably worth checking the pricing at Costco if you're a member. The only thing that can be a pain is that they send a design consultant to your house to select the blinds, so that can take extra time if you're in a rush. But we recently used Costco and were really happy with the blinds & pricing.

We just had great success with Next Day Blinds, which is a national chain. They are expensive but I found all the decent blinds companies are expensive. You could order online somewhere but if your measurements are the least bit off -- the blinds won't fit properly. Next Day Blinds sends someone to measure your windows and takes the responsibility that the blinds will fit. You also have the option with them to do the measuring yourself but it only saves you a tiny amount of money and if the blinds don't fit it's your problem, not theirs. Whatever you do, be prepared to pay for it, since anything other than cheap metal or plastic mini-blinds seems to be expensive. But we'll have these blinds for many, many years and they are perfect so its' worth the cost.

We just got solar screens for our windows. Solar-Tex done ours. I chose the sand color and they look very nice. I thought the price was fair and we also used a coupon for 30% off.

I second the suggestion for Blinds.com.
