How far are you willing to travel? I know of a wonderful Pediatrician that has practice at U of M Hospital and also has another location in Ypsilanti.
We are looking for a new pediatrician in the Saline area. We have had our current one since our son was born a year ago. She goes a lot off of her opinion, like that our son should have been saying clear words at 11 months (Her daughter did). Or that his tongue looks big to her (He likes to stick it out). It is constantly that she feels that there is something wrong with him. His head is big (Daddy's head is big and everyone on his paternal side has a big head) so she is ready to send him to have an MRI. Our son is over 23lbs and 30 inches long. Anyway, after he gets his 12 month immunizations, we are interested in switching doctors. We have had bad experiences with U of M hospital and would prefer someone who is not U of M affiliated. We have BCBS.
Thank you!

They aren't in saline, but I HIGHLY recommend Primary Pediatrics on Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor. ANY of the doctors are wonderful, and I switched to them because my son was having some issues when he was 18 months old. He has a speech condition called Apraxia, allergies, and sinus and ear issues. He is now almost 4 and doing great thanks to the wonderful referals and care from them. Their phone number is ###-###-#### and Dr Lisa Profera is who we see. If you want more information or have any questions feel free to email me privitly. We live in Ypsilanti Township.
They work through St. Joes not U of M. I also would recommend Ann Arbor Child Neurology at ###-###-####. The neurologist is great!

There is Child Health Associates on Packard Road in Ann Arbor. Have excellent doctors. I had bad experinece with UM doctors, so I switched there. I have them for the past 4.5 years, absolutely love them. Excellent doctors, my ped is Dr. Matt Weier, not sure he is taking new patients, but everyone there is good.
