Looking for a House Cleaning Jobs in Indianapolis Area

Our house is undergoing some construction right now with refinishing a wood floor, doing drywall, some painting, etc. I'm hopeful it will be done over the next week or so.

What are your normal rates to clean, organize, etc.? I was looking at either once a week or maybe once every other week. The house is about 2100 sq. feet (2 bathrooms, kitchen, family room, dining room, living room (dining room and living room arent really used much), run sweeper throughout, dusting
9normal stuff).

How much would you charge for a small 3 bedroom ranch home?

What do you charge? I have a 3700 sq. ft house. 4bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms, family room, piano room, dining room, kitchen, and a basement. The basement has an area where we keep toys and there is a fort with a slide there. That and the family room are used the most. The piano room, dining room, and 4th bedroom aren't used much so they would just need to be dusted. But other than that I just need it to be cleaned every other week(vacuum, dust, mop, and clean bathrooms. We live on the west side of Carmel. thanks!!

What are your rates? I'm looking for something basic maybe every other week or so. 2600 sq ft house. 4 bedrooms, office, loft, 2.5 bath. ect. Do you steam clean as well? Live in Northeast Noblesville.
