Tony is the best! $45 for a great cut, so I would think a color is reasonable as well.
Can anyone recommend a good hair stylist in the plano area? I need to have my hair colored and cut (I want a new style) as I haven't done anything with my hair since before I go pregnant.

Classic Cuts, Spring Creek & Custer. Ask for Victoria. Trust me... she has incredible instincts and knowledge about hair and what's going to look good. She cuts and/or colors my entire family's hair. ###-###-#### is their number.
Penny (owns the shoo) at Hairanoia at Independence & 15th Street. She is excellent and has done my hair for 7 years. She's very hard to get into, though. ###-###-####
I have gone to Heather Melton as well, and she is great! I found it hard to get in to see her on short notice and I am not a planner, so I tried Visible Changes as well. I saw Leah twice now and she has been great too. Both are very reasonable and did a great job. I never know what I want so they were good at helping me pick something new.

I go to Visible Changes at Collin Creek mall. Becca does my highlights and Robert does my cut. I don't know what you consider fairly priced but usually for a cut only it's around $50 and for both color and cut it's around $110.
Heather Melton ###-###-####. She is at 15th and Custer and she is wonderful. I, too, had put out a request for a hairdresser and, after a couple of false starts, found Heather and I can't speak highly enough of her. You won't be disappointed.
