Looking for a Doula - Encinitas,CA

I did not have a doula during delivery but had a post pardum who was a God send!!! She came to our home starting the second day back from the hospital and showed us everything we needed to know about taking care of our new baby, including starting sleep patterns, etc. I don't know where I'd be today without her! Everyone comments that our daughter is the most independent, happy, content baby they have ever seen *lol, and I swear I owe it all to the doula. She has become a part of our family :) If this interests you, I'd love to put you in touch with her.

I'm pretty sure she has contacts for delivery doulas as well :)

Becky @ Aloha Spirits was great. I was using her for pregnancy massages all through my pregnancy as I didn't even know what a doula was before I met her through a friend. I assured my husband we didn't need a doula. By the end....I begged her to add us to her doula schedule as she was pretty busy when we were so close. She ended up being there. LOVE her! She helped me after with sleep training and I just felt I could turn to her for any help. Not to mention I continued her massages.
