Limited Too...all their pants are skinny and they do come in slim...my 10 year old has the waist to fit in a size 4-5 but can wear the 8 or 10 slim and the length (and waist) is good!
any suggestions where to buy size 10 in girls that are long in length?

I have a skinny 11 year old boy, and here's what I have to do. He needs a 14 for length, so I buy a 14 Slim with an adjustable waist. They are hard to find. Sometimes you can find them on Ebay, or certain local stores. The last time I bought some, I found them at a Farm Supply store that I just happened to go in with my husband. They are basic Wranglers, though, so I'm not sure they would be your daughter's style.

My niece is tall and super skinny. She had to move to a Junior size 0 for length. Try that in the skinny jeans, may work. Good luck
If a size 10 fit her, just move up to a 12slim. A 12slim is the same waist size as a 10, but they are a lot longer. GAP has great basic jeans that fit skinny kids for $19.50 a pair.
Try American Eagle's kids line: 77Kids.com. They have free return shipping if they don't fit. I just bought boys jean from there & they are really straight & skinny, even in the waist. We barley had to use the adjustable waist. I assume girls would be the same. Have fun shopping!
S.,
My goddaughter is built the same way as your daughter. We were in a constant fight to find jeans and school pants that fit her. Try the GAP. The store is a little pricey but you can watch them and get the jeans when they run a good sale. The school pants aren't really that much more than other stores. The GAP is the only place I can get her jeans that I know don't need to be altered or worn with a belt. Good luck!
I think Old Navy has different length jeans.
You can go to the JUNIOR Dept. at JCPENNEY! I'm sure you can find them there. They will not be a size 10 but they start at 0 and go on up.
My friends daughter had the same problem and I told her to check Childrensplace.com She ordered her daughter a pair of jeans and they fit perfect and are a good price. Just order like a 10 slim or go up to a 12 slim. The jeans there are about 2 pair for $28. Check it out they may work perfect!
Target's brand of jeans are really cute and stylish (reasonably priced also!). They have an adjustable waist that really helps with our daughters tiny waist and are hopefully long enough for what you need.
Try JC Penney. Last time I went there to try on for my 9 & 10 yr olds, they would've reached back up to the knee if I'd rolled them up. They also have the 10plus line and 10 or 12 slims. :]
Buy a 12 slim, b/c they fit like a 10 in the waist and a 12 in length. You can buy slim jeans at JC Penney, Gap, Justice and many other places.
More then likely you can buy a 0 in jr's or buy a size up that has an adjustable waist.
My daughter is the same way, tall but skinny. I have to buy her slim sizes to fit her. I buy most all her jeans and uniform pants at OLD NAVY.
Hi S.!
At age 10 I was 5'8" and VERY skinny, barely 100#. I don't know where my mother got my clothes. If I run into the same situation with my own daughter I will try JCPenneys and Land's End. I know that JCPenneys carries many styles of clothes in long and even extra-long.
