Lightweight Strollers - Raleigh,NC

I am planning to buy a lightweight stroller for my 13-month-old. Everyone seems to recommend a Maclaren, but I looked at a Bumbleride a few days ago. The Bumbleride seemed nice too. I want a stroller that reclines, has storage space underneath, and possibly a cup-holder. Is either one of these strollers better than the other. What do you recommend?

What can I do next?

We have a Maclaren and I don't think I would spend the $$ again. I like it well enough, but don't love love it. I would actually consider a cheaper one if I did it again. That said, we are now using it for our 2nd son and it's not really any worse for wear, so that is a selling point.

We really do love the Macclaren Triumph stroller.

My husband always complained that he had to slouch over to push our old stroller, this one is taller and really easy to manuver.
But my sister has a Combi Cosmo (I think it's called a Cosmo) and it is really nice too, not sure if its any less costly though!

I love my Zooper Twist. I've never seen it in a store though. I went by reviews on Amazon after months of searching for the best one. Large basket, has an actual recline mechanism not the pull string kind, cup holder for the adult but not the kid. Really nice fabric and a huge canopy which was a must because we were living in Central America at the time. Folds up easily and doesn't take up too much room.

whatever you pick, try amazon and some of the mommy sites first - zulily's a good one for carrying deeply discounted boutique equipment. I know I've seen the Zooper recommended for 1/3 retail on zulily before. just gotta get em while they have them tho....
