Hi Ali,
There is a Boo Bash on Grand Avenue in St. Paul tomorrow (http://www.grandave.com/eventDetails.php?eventID=9) and I think it's all free. Could be fun? We like taking our 11 mo anywhere in public as she gets excited just about seeing other kids etc, so we are planning to go.
Good luck.
I don't know where you live, but there is an event in the Morningside neighborhood of Edina. (On the S. Mpls/StLouis Park borders of Edina) Every year the Edina Morningside Church puts on a fun family halloween party. It is today, Saturday, Oct. 28th from 3:30-5:00. It is free, there are many games, a costume parade, a spook house (this year's theme is "Clue"). It is a great family event for all ages and has been going on for 25 years now. It is located at 4201 Morningiside Road in Edina. Everyone is welcome to attend.
