A couple of days ago a lady sent a negative feedback about that day care. I was not sure how to forward, so I copied the email an attached it.
Good Luck,
J.

Subject: Mamasource Request: Bad Experience at Kids R Kids in Preston Vineyard
Dear Mamasource Moms,
I have sent this out before but I have been asked to resend.
I have two boys, a 2 1/2 year old and a 5 month old who both went to Kids R Kids. I sent them there on the referrals of neighbors who sent their children there. Within one months time, these were my experiences.
My 2 year old had fallen off a Lego table and got a huge lump on his head. They laughed about the fact that LEGO was stamped on his forehead and when I asked the teacher about the incident...she told me she told him to get down. I had to remind her that he is 2, they get up, and you have to take him down. He was bitten and I was never called about it. And, on my last day there (I gave my 2 weeks notice after 2 weeks because my son was miserable) my son was carrying around a sippy cup when I picked him up. I recognized it as ours and I hadn't seen it for weeks. I put him in his car seat and smelled something putrid. I opened his cup and it was the milk I sent him to daycare with weeks prior. I know he must have tasted it. It was PASSED curdled if you can imagine. I called the daycares Director 4 times and didnt get a call back until weeks later. Also, every day picked him up, he was usually crying at the door. One time I saw one of the ladies grab him by the upper arm to pull him away from the door instead of consoling him. It broke my heart. He always came home with dried mucus on his face and the warm room always smelled of dirty diapers. (Sorry for being graphic)
Just as a side noteMy girlfriends daughter had an all over body rash. When she brought her daughter to the Dr., he specifically asked if she went to the Kids R Kids on Preston Vineyard because many parents were coming in with the same symptoms. Take this any way you want to.
I called the Child Protective Services of Texas to report the incident with the sippy cup. An investigation was made but nothing was proved.
As a concerned parent, I advise you not to bring your child here. I do not want another child or parent experiencing what we went through.
FYI, we are in a fantastic place now. My kids are very happy.
Thank You,
L
