Just a heads up, this happened at the Kids R Kids in McKinney regarding the Advil.
I have heard several negative things about Kids R Kids in Frisco and today I heard something on the news that was very distubing.
Apparently some toddlers at Kids R Kids got into a teachers' purse that was laying on the floor and ate Advil.
The kids are going to be OK, but I just wanted to pass that info along to you Mama's!

I heard about that on the news too...pretty bad!!! Seems pretty irresponsible to me.

Wasn't there a mom on here that had a horrible experience with Kids R Kids? Can't remember for sure.

I also seem to remember a mom who had a horrible experience with Kids R Kids--the one in Richardson if I'm not mistaken. The reason this stands out in my mind is I considered the Frisco Kids R Kids for daycare since they're right next to our house. However, our pediatrician told us he'd heard some negative feedback about them. When I posted here asking for advice on daycare, one of the kind moms who responded advised me to search the Family Protective Services website (http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Care/Search_Texas_Child...) for information. In searching Kids R Kids, there are some pretty significant violations listed. The Frisco location has four violations, and they haven't even been open that long!
Just FYI--it was Kids R Kids in McKinney, not Frisco.
Thanks for the heads up. I found the story:

Whether it's Frisco or McKinney, it makes me wonder about the overall managment of Kids R Kids. Thanks again for the heads up.
