If you do a web search on "Kevin Trudeau complaints", you will find that many people feel they were robbed when buying his book. No doubt he puts out a good infomercial, but that's as good as he gets.
Has anyone read this book and/or tried his cure? I've been curious about it. I have his other books "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About".

Like the others, I read the book and it's not practical. It's a very "pure" diet and not possible without a tremendous amount of changing your whole lifestyle. And then, I think he's a con artist. If there really were a miracle diet or cure for overweight, the whole world would know about it-not just Kevin Trudeau.
I've read many many negative things about him. He has this history of ripping people off. I would never buy a book from him and encourage everyone to do some google searching before buy into it. He talks a lot and says nothing helpful!!
i have the book, it's not for me but that's just me, everything you need to know is on pages 93-105, i can email them to you if you want. lol. really though it's very repetative, and involves an injection daily, which you need to get from your doctor, and involves buying lots of products to cleance this part of your body or that part of your body.
i read the book, i thought it was very basic stuff, eat right drink lots of water, clean your colon, i wouldn't pay for the book. it was another way to get people to sign up for his website.
the weight loss cure, is kinda really dumb, I mean if you don't know how to eat healthy then it may give you info you need, but there is no way you are going to be able to live 100% by the book it isn't practical, the "Natural Cures They Don't Wat You to Know About" is pretty good, I mean don't buy into like the bible, but it is alot of good things to know and use at home.
Hello. I have read this book, but problem #1 is people are looking for a quick fix. Dieters often drastically restrict their calories of food choices now but return to their old habits once they reach their goal. Solution: Permanent lifestyle changes are needed to achieve sustained weight loss.
Problem #2 Fad diets = unbalanced nutrition. Too often, diets focus on specific types of foods or nutrients and disregard the importance of everything else, leading to unbalanced nutrition.
Solution: For optimal nutrition, our bodies need a balanced variety of nutrients, including the right types of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
Problem #3 The high-glycemic trap. Eating high-glycemic foods can sabotage even the best of diet plancs because the resulting spike and subseuent drop in blood sugar leads to more rapid return to feelings of hunger (the candy bar and coke at 10am and 3pm).
Solution: A better approach focuses on low-glycemic carbohydrates (WHOLE grains, nothing white), which help to moderate blood glucose levels, leaving you feeling full and satisfied longer.
