I love Kettle Bells! You want a fast, intense & efficent work out. Look no further. My father is a personal trainer and now his signature workout is with kettle bells. He has taught me everything he knows.
I have a medium bell, about 12 pounds, but start small. You dont realize how intense the workout is until your swinging for a couple minutes & then that burn hits.
I would google kettle bell videos. There are tons on youtube.com & alot of trainers have websites with videos. My father has a website with a 10,000 swing challenge for the month.
Whenever Im looking to change things up I just google for a new video and get swinging! Good Luck!
