Justice - Girls Clothing Store

Hi moms!

Anyone been to Justice lately? Since they discontinued the 40% off everything, I've noticed that the prices are still the same on most things and in general, the quality has gone down. All of the everyday deals are very basic. If you want some glitter, expect to pay for it - a lot. No more J Bucks. No coupons. No sales. Boots are 40% off but I can get real leather ones for the same price. We love Justice - best store ever. Well, until the last couple of months.

Am I the only one who thinks this way?

What can I do next?

Justice is one of those stores that intentionally marks things way up to then "discount" to make it look like you're getting a great deal. I've always felt they were overpriced for what they offered. The few pieces we've picked up have come from the clearance racks and at times have still felt over priced. Thankfully my daughter is not a fan of the store and finds better things elsewhere.

I am SO glad my daughter no longer shops there. She stopped over a year ago and her clothes are so much nicer now. She just turned 12 in June...but she likes Hollister and Aeropostale best right now. Both offer GREAT sales on great quality clothes.

Justice went down hill a few years ago and was still always expensive.

I'm shocked they are still in business at all. The clothes were always such low quality at a high price, and neither of my girls (and not any of their friends either) ever wore all that tacky bling/glitter past the age of four anyway---and they are sixteen and twenty now!!!

My daughters outgrew Justice long ago. Without the 40% off deals though I would never shop there. It always cracked me up that their cammies were over over $10. I get my cotton cammies at Kohls for $6.

I just try to walk quickly and not gag when I walk past one. Way too much glitter and pink. Makes me grateful I have a boy.

I noticed the same thing! My daughter is not a girly girl, so we mainly just buy underwear and basic tees, but the quality has decreased. Abercrombie Kids is more her style, so I'm careful and wait for sales. I can get good quality clothes for a pretty decent price.

I went two weeks ago, after moms had recommended it to me. I think you can find just as cute clothes and better quality elsewhere. For less. If you look for sales. Our tastes are a little more subdued. There were a few things we might like but I didn't find it that great. I think mine would prefer all the little accessories and fuzzy pajamas over the clothes. No deals when we went. I didn't purchase anything.

I'm not a Justice fan. Their clothes are not the best quality. I bought my daughter a skirt and top to wear to a funeral. After I washed it most of the color faded so she was only able to wear it the one time. I have better luck at Penneys, Macy's and Kohls. Their clothes don't fade like the clothes at Justice.

I'm not a JFG's fan. Love them or hate them, they have their marketing niche down. Thankfully (for me), my daughter has outgrown their clothes, however, she is 10 and would love to wear all of the colors and glitter that everyone else wears.

In time, their taste in clothes change and my daughter is now moving on to just sports clothes.

It will only be a matter of time when a patron walks in the store, looks around, and leaves empty handed, that they make a change for a new marketing plan. Trust me, they know exactly how many people walk in the door.

My daughter does not like Justice very much. I have some clothes that were given to us, new with tags but older stuff and some newer. Anyway, I am not impressed with it. The only things she really likes are what she calls "soft pants" meaning things almost like yoga pants or similar material, a couple of summer tops. Stains stay. I have had very bad luck getting stains out without the material changing color. Not worth the prices.
