G.T.
54 [sigh], thought I would be rich and flying around with a jet pack at this age instead of driving a Honda :)
I am 21 - every year :o). At least every year since I really turned 21 in 2004! My daughter laughs about it, because I had her at 20 and she loves to point out that when she is 10, I'll be 30. Nice! I joke around with her and her friends and it always takes her friends a while to figure out I'm not really 21 - though I look nothing like 21!! All 3 of my kids just break out in a huge smile and my husband just shakes his head since he has some years on me....but it just is fun. I still feel 21! How old are you? OR..how old do you claim to be?
My hubby and I wouldn't be married if age was a factor :). I have no problem with him being older than I am...and I do tell my honest age to people - it's just fun to joke with my kids about it. Sometimes I'll say it to other people when ordering tickets or something just to continue the game with my kids. I am proud to be 28 for sure!! Glad to see so many can have fun with it - and that no one really feels out of their 20s!

I'll be 37 tomorrow. Happy Birthday to me! :-)
I am actually 3.5 years older than my hubby. So, when my daughter asks how old we are (which happened last night), she thinks it's hillarious that I'm older than he is. ;-)
I'm 45....with a brain of a 30 year old - maybe!! LOL!!!
I don't really pay attention to the number anymore - stopped doing that at 30.

I'm 68. I went to a new church a couple of weeks ago and my first thought was, "Oh, no! Another church with mostly old people." Then I realized I'm old too. LOL Don't feel old most of the time. But I'm starting to get used to mothers in my granddaughter's school treating me "with respect."
62 years young...and loving every moment of it!! I don't fib about my age ( unless I forget how old I am...lol I have been known to add or subtract a year...lol) I don't color my hair ( I figure I have earned all of these grey hairs!!) the only thing I would like to change is my weight...need to start getting myself back into shape...so I can keep up with the grandkids!!!
I'm 64, and I've earned every minute of it!
I felt athletic and younger than my age up through my mid-40's, but then new health issues and old injuries started piling on. I'd say that on a good day, I feel 64, but a bad day can add a decade or so.
I am 36 today!!! Of course, I will be 30 forever!!! LOL
Lol, well, I did become a grandmother at a young age ; ) I feel younger than I am on good days, like I'm in my early 30's, but 100 on the days I'm hurting from my fibromyalgia :-/
My 2.5 year old keeps me young, I'm 58 in people years : )
I am 44 and I claim to be 44.
Age is just a number.
I'm 41 and some days I feel 20 and others 120.It depends on my mood, lol. My daughters b-day is 4 days before mine in August and she thought that I turned 5 too, she looked so shocked when I told her my age.
GrandmaT I am still waiting for flying cars like the Jetsons.
Just went through the responses and sent a flower to every one old like me!
Tehehe, 45 in November.
:)
Hi mom-
I am the same age as my tongue...and a little older than my teeth!!
lol
In my case, that is 52...and I do tell the truth about my age!
michele/cat
I'm 41, and I never lie about it! I spent all of my time lying about my age when I was under 21 and trying to get into bars and nightclubs ;-) Now I'm delighted to be carded! My husband is also 41 -although he's exactly 9 months behind me (our birthdays are on the same day of different months). I like to say when my mom was in agony, his mom was having some fun!
Grandma T -I am itching to get my hands on a jet pack! If they're ever available to the public, I will take out a second mortgage if I have to!
I'm 30. I don't feel like a grown up, though.
41, and I always admit my age. I figure I've earned my lines. :)
i am 34 in a couple weeks...and i don't claim to be anything else...honestly i often have to stop and do the math!! i don't place much stock in age...i still feel like i'm in my 20's most days :) ok maybe late 20's...lol.
I'm turning 35 this Sunday, this is the first birthday I'm starting to feel "old". I don't feel 35, I don't look 35 but mentally I am sad to have to admit my age:(
34 and hubby is 37...I never feel old but I realize I am getting older when I think back to being in school and it was in the 90s and I see these teeny bop stars and they were BORN in the 90s....ok that makes me feel old.
I'll be 61 in just over a week and I've always been honest about my age.
I could hardly wait to be 21 and then while I was waiting, the age for voting and such was lowered to 18.
Now I look forward to the senior discounts.
Good luck to you and yours.
Well... I've been celebrating the anniversary of my 29th birthday for over thirty years - let's leave it at that! :^D But I'm not old; old is 128.
LOL - I'm at the century mark - little bro likes to remind me of that -- just waiting til it's his turn!!! now feel like I'm starting to look that age - really need to get out and do more fun stuff (winning the lottery could really help there! *L*)
btw - couple of age "jokes" -- like age is just a number and mine is unlisted!
also heard this one from a fella doing balloons for kids at a festival (must've been a kid's b-day in the group) -- said now that he's in double digits, he adds the two digits together for his age and said he was now 8 ... I laughed and said, well then I'm 5....
Well, Theresa...you owe me O., then!
47 here.
I just turned 25. even though my husband thinks I'm 26 and can't ever remember my birthday. I feel like i'm 96 but look like 18. I love the looking younger feeling but hate feeling so old sometimes. I have a 3 yr old and a 8 month old.
46 and 46. I received a birthday card when I turned 30 that said '30 is not old, if you're a tree'.
I am 43, I suppose I may start playing with my age if I ever feel like I have grown up. I had my son at 20 as well.
Turning 30 didn't effect me nor did 40. I was sure my son turning 18 would hit me and then 21, not even. I did take pause when my son went to the first wedding of a friend. Then a minute later I forgot I was old.
Really the looks of shock are too much fun to lie about my age. :)
28 (as of last week). It will take me a year to remember that I'm not 27 since I just started remembering that. At least I never forget what year I was born so I can always fall back on doing the math. :)
I'm 39. Every year gets better. I just wish I had the body I had when I was 21. But I prefer the mind I have now, so it balances out.
45, just this last week.
I just turned 26 and now I'm realizing that age where you forget b/c I guess it doesn't much matter. On my birthday they asked me how old I was and I had to think about it! :-)
36. Loving every minute hanging with friends, girls trip and lots of other things too. When people ask, I have to think about it for a second.
I will be 36 on Halloween! Turning 36 doesnt both me as much as realizing that 40 is on 4 years away. LOL! I dont feel old but my clock is a ticking and I hope to be able to talk my DH into another baby by this time next year.
I'm 26 and loving every minute!!
49 last month. I'm looking forward to next year: I'll be 50 & my Mom will be 70! We're hitting the road!
& best of all, no matter how old I am, my DH is older...by 8 years. :)
33. I will be 34 mid November. My husband turned 40 this year.
I had my kids when I was 18, 21,22, 29 & 30.
I tell my age... then when I say I have a 15 yr old or that I have 5 kids, the looks I get are funny! Most say I look like Im in my mid 20's... but I feel like Im in my mid 40's most days!
26 years old, the only reason I lie about it is because I forget haha. I can tell you exactly (to the month) how old the kids are :) I usually say 25 because that's what I remember.
I just turned 25 in September.
43. And I tell my real age if asked. I was actually carded at the store a few months ago. It was odd, because it was one of those rare days when I put on NO makeup and only had used moisturizer. ?
Of course, I didn't have my kids with me either.. that's usually a giveaway...a 13 year old calling you mom tends to give the impression you're substantially over 21, lol.
I don't think or worry too much about age. I think more about "urg... that hip is feeling weird again" or "ouch. shouldn't have carried those computers out to they car by myself".... lol.
I'm 396 months old and counting! I've never fibbed about my age but have been guiltily of forgetting how old I am since I don't make such a big deal about my birthday. I used to, but since I have a September 11th birthday, many of the post twin tower birthdays have been so subdued I've forgotten my own age due to the unmemorability of them. I have to whip out the year I was born and the year it is now and do some math.
44 and I am truthful about it. I think I look younger too, and I'm going to take mother nature up on that for as long as it will last! My husband is 3 1/2 years older than me, and when we were first together 8 years ago someone mistook me for his daughter. I NEVER let him forget that, lol!
I am 36, I typically say either 30 lately I have said 35. For me it is more of a, no one needs to know other than my doctor. I hate when people ask, I am rather peite and so they see me with my husband and children and think i am 20 and he is 40 and we have 5 kids.
34 & claim it
Annoyingly enough I apparently look anywhere between 23 & 50+. I've been told I couldn't possibly be this old & then asked if my 21 yr. old niece is my daughter & if my kids are actually my grandkids.
Guess it depends on what I'm wearing!
30, as is my husband.
I'm 26 but I look like I'm 16 :(
34
I still feel like I am in my 20's!
I will be 37 next month - I don't feel like it though. :)
28. Although I don't feel like I should be that close to 30! I remember when I thought that was old!
28! But being pregnant and the mother of a 5 year old makes me feel like I'm 68!
I'm about to be 33......and like someone else said...I don't feel like a grown up. Sometimes when I'm at work, I'll secretly look around at all the other "grown ups" and think...how do they think I'm a grown up?! LOL seriously sometimes I still feel like a little girl in a 33 year old womans body/life. I have a good career, own my own home, 9 yr old daughter, pets that I'm responsible for..and I still feel that way sometimes! Oh, and my boyfriend is 26 and we totally mesh. lol
I'm 29.
I usually say I am 29, and joke that my guy is my old man. He's 38. He however always tells people he will always be 32 (inside car joke).
=)
I turned 39 last week!! I suppose I really shouldn't be bothered by it, because I FEEL FABULOUS!!! I'm planning to live to about 100. :)
34, i had to think about it for a second...lol! seems like that happened after the 30th bday.
I am 37 and my husband is 36.
I'm 56 and my husband is 50.
I am 29. It is common for people to think I am 21 or so... occasionally even younger. The other day I had an older lady ask me why I wasn't in school...lol as in high school! I told her because I graduated 12 years ago....;) I don't claim to be younger or older.
I'm 35 but if I could pick an age to be I'd pick 30. I loved being 30. Being 35 isn't bad either but it's hard for me to believe I'm this age! I thought I'd feel older than I do.
I, like someone else who responded, never remember my age!!!! When someone asks me my first response is 32. Then I say, wait, no, 33, no, 34, no, 35!!! lol
Fun question!
I am 41. Had my first baby at 40 and proud of every year!!! I never lie about my age becuase people don't believe me anyway!

My mother was 30 and holding until she died this year at 69. So in her world I was 14 years older than my own mother. LOL ;-)
I'm now 45 and fabulous.
35 and my husband is 40, I think I look around 30.
I turned 33 in August and my husband is 38.
Have a great day ladies!
I'm 32 and hubby is 31... just had baby #2
I'm 10. I give my age in the Celsius scale now.
My kids tease me because I can NEVER remember!! Either 43 or 44! I'll ask them!! lol When I go to Doctor and have to fill out age, I have to actually calculate it so that i get it right!
I'm 44 and happy about it. My life got SO much better after I turned 40! =)
I'm 27 & have been for almost 8 years now.
I tell everyone that I am 39. I tell them my 39th birthday (9/11/01) was so explosive that I am afraid to go any higher. Then I usually go on to admit that I am really 49.
i'll be 28 on Oct 31 :))
lol I'm 24 and I had O at 22. . and he was an accident but I wouldn't change the past for anything :D Even though it was a real rough one. I learned that I really did want him and more babies (when I get married this time!!)
I'm always honest about my age, I don't joke about being younger, every birthday is another year I've survived cancer and am here with my kids. I am 44. My kids are 12 and 16.

I'm 27 and would not want to be 21 again ;)
Hubby is 45...he says I am his "sweet young thing" - it's nice to hear that at 37!!!
I'm 28. But I have to think about it. I never remember my age. Sometimes I am off by a year or two when someone asks me unexpectedly how old I am. I'm always like, "26?...no...28!" I was just thinking about this the other night. I am nearly 30 and I still feel like a kid. I think I always will.
30, but it's really weird b/c I forget and think I'm still 29.
I just turned 31 on Friday. My husband is 30
32
It is what it is. We're all getting older. ;)
