How Old Were Your Parents When You Were Born?

37 mom and 39 dad. Now they were 24 and 26 when they started having kids - I just came aftert a long time. My mom had her 4th baby the day after her 1st kid's kindergarten graduation. Ugh... how did she do it?

Mom was 31, dad was 34. I am the youngest of 3. Mom and Dad adopted two boys before they had me. (After a few miscarriages and being told they could not have children, they adopted, then when my brother was 9 months old they got pregnant with me!)

My Mom was 21 and my Dad was 23. I have an older brother too! I, on the other hand, was 35 with my first and 37 with my second. I left home when I was 18, which meant my Mom was 39 when she had both kids out of the house. I used to joke with her and say I was 39 when I had both kids out of DIAPERS!!

Mom was 26 & Dad was 21

They were both 34. One of two here - my brother is 14 months older than me.

Mom was 27 and dad was 29... I'm the oldest of 3.

I have had 3 children by the time my mom would have had just one ;)

My husband's parents, not sure about how old they were when they had him, in their 30's I know for sure; my FIL is now 70 and has 2 more kids, ages 11 and 13... and his wife is in her 40's now.

My mom had just turned 20 and my dad was 21. They were married before they got pregnant!

Mom was 28, Dad was 30. They were 26 & 28 when my older brother was born. I had my daughter at age 39, husband was 38.

My mom's birthday is 2 weeks before mine and my dad's is 3 days after.

My Mom was 32 and my Dad was 33 when they adopted me. My bio mom was 17 and bio dad was 21.

I had kids at 25,28 and 33.

Mom - 18 Dad- 22

Me - 29, 3 months before my 30th bday - PERFECT age for me too. Second child - 32.

My mom was 21 and my dad was 23.

I was 21 when I had my first daughter and 23 when I had my second. my husband was 23 and then 26.

My mom was 38 and dad was 37. My mom thought she was sick with a cold and told me that she went on the Grizzly at Kings Dominion not knowing that she was 5 months pregnant with me. I was a surprise, the youngest of 3 and the only girl.

My mom was 18 and my dad was 19. They are not together anymore, thank God! Luckily, I have learned what NOT to do from them. Obviously, I was not planned!! I was 33 when my daughter was born.

My dad was 55 when I was born (did you guess second marriage?) and my mom was 32. My half-sisters were 30 and 34 when I was born and I was already an aunt times 3. My husband and I were 31/30 and 33/32 when ours were born. We want 2 more and to keep the 2 year age gap, so our last will hopefully arrive when I'm 36.

I was 21 when i had my first, 27 my 2nd and 30 and pregnant now, my husband is 3 years older than me.

Mom was 17, Dad was 18. Yep, we grew up together, lol. They're still married too.

My mom was 30, almost 31 and my dad was 41, almost 42. Our birthdays are on September 8th & 10th and October 10th. Apparently, my dad kept telling my mom (DURING labor!!) to hold me in there for two more days, so that we could share a birthday. Haha.

I was 2 months shy of 30 when my oldest son was born and 1 month shy of 34 when my youngest was born. My husband was 33 and 37. He was 23 when he had his daughter.

My parents were 37 and 46 when I was born. They were 34, 44 when they had my sister and 36, 45 with my brother. They had been married for 14 years when my sister was born (struggled with infertility before finally getting pregnant due to my mother's endometriosis for 10 years and had been told they would never have kids). My parents had been married for 50 years when my father died.

I was 34 when I married had my first right after I turned 37, my husband was 30. I was 39 (husband 32) with my 2nd and gave birth to my 3rd 3 days ago at 42 (husband 35).

Unfortunately my father never got to meet any of his grandchildren. He passed away shortly before I got married. My sister had her only child when she was 41 after years of infertility and my brother is unmarried and has no children at this point.

My father's parents were 36 (mom) and 48 (dad) - he was their 4th child. His parents were born in 1874 and 1886. My father was born in 1922 and I was born in 1969. If my grandfather had been still alive, he would have been 95 when I was born. My mother's family is the opposite with most starting families in their late teens or early 20's until my mother's generation.

Was 21 when my fist dear son was born. And 40 when my last (I guess!!) dear daughter was born.

My mom got pregnant by "the boy next door", they were both 19. They never married and I never met him although my mom was in contact with his parents until they passed away last year. I'm 44.

I had my dtr when I was 32 and my son at 35. I married for the first time at age 30 (he was 27) and second time at age 42 (he was 35). =)

Both my parents were 20 when my oldest sister was born, and 30 when the 5th and last child (me) was born.

In my family... women have always had their kids in their 30's+. Their husbands reeeeally vary in age. My dad is 12 years older than my mum, my grandfather was 15 older than my grandmother (and she was 35 when she had her first of 4). Some of my uncles are younger than their wives, some are about the same age, some are 10-20 years older. The MENS' ages span the spectrum, the women are all in their 30's. ((Education has always been really big in my family. The standard of progression was highschool, college, work, marry, be alone married for a few years -usually 5+-, start a family))

I broke the mold with that one and had my son when I was 23. Before going to college, and before getting married. A good 10 years earlier than most (fairly ironically, I had been PLANNING on waiting apx 10 years. It blows my mind. My son is 9, and that means *starting* to try next year. Um. At this point... I think not!)

In my husband's family, women usually get pregnant at 15/16. It's an interesting dynamic since the grandmothers could be mother/daughter AGE wise. 90's/60's/30's v 90's/70's/50's/30's/15

My Mom was 16 and my Dad was 19, Im thne oldest of 3. My parents are still married going on 37 years.
I was 28 when my daughter was born my husband was 42. Our daughter is now 7.
