On my third and everyone has been about the same. I'm never sick and gain about 30 lbs with each. I did get a tiny bit sick just a couple of times with #2 but I think I had just eaten too much.
Hi Mamas
I am pregnant ,7 weeks now and so far have completely different symptoms than I had with my first.
I have very little morning sickness, have loads of energy, min. sore breasts.
With my first I was so sick, severe morning sickness all the way through. I lost alot of weight etc.
With this one I 'd say I am going to be huge as I can't stop eating.!
How different were your pregnancy s

On my third and everyone has been about the same. I'm never sick and gain about 30 lbs with each. I did get a tiny bit sick just a couple of times with #2 but I think I had just eaten too much.
The beginnings to all mine were horrible. My 3rd being the worst and longest.
My 1st was scary. We were young. Both sets of parents were a little upset it happened so soon after getting married. I was not aware there were so many options and what not. I called the first place that would see me. I went in had my first check up half way through my pregnancy my doctor switch hospitals. I wasnt in love with her s, so I was happy to get to choose rom their other obs. I ended up with Dr. Tamara Sleeter VMCW. She was amazing and thought on her feet fast about each patient. I ended up with my 1st going into pre term labor. I was in hospital for four days, she did what was best for me and my son. I hated then being put on bedrest for the rest of my pregnancy. Anyways to quicken this up my first was scary and fast at the end. my second was huge surprise. i lost about 15 lbs total. he was my heaviest of all three. born on his due date and everything allmost 9 lbs. My third was horrible. I wanted to die. I was sick, in an auto accident at five months and was in labor/contracting for three weeks regularly every 5 to 7 minutes some times more. my body just didnt want to dilate. then after i had delievered i had a spinal headache. the annssct guy was a jerk off sorry to be rude. My guy who did my epi didnt report he had punctured my sac. So, they wanted to try a cocktail of fifteen drugs to see if they could get my head ache to go away. i said hell no. they gave me ambien and morphine. my mom and nurse had to get baby on to my boob all night for me because i was dead. i still thank my mom for being mom for me while i was in a coma. i was sent home. it took being in pain for over a week for them to agree to attempt a blood patch on me. which is the only way to fix spinal headache. Priase god it worked. Then I went back in two weeks after that and had my tubes tide...It was a very painful summer. I have the best little guy in the world to show for it. he is the only one who picked up nursing and so we have that and he is just my little mommy man. i love it. Sorry i wrote a novel. good luck little lady. youre almost through the woods. the first three months no matter sick or not is always just stress i think for any mama.
Keep us updated on how you are progressing!!
God Bless,

My 3 pregnancies were all pretty much the same (except the cravings), but found my third to be the easiest.
The *duration* of each one was different though - first baby born at 36 weeks, second at 39 and third at 42 (I was induced). I'm scared to have a fourth - I might be pregnany for a year!! LOL
All four of my pregnancies were different. With my first son, I didn't really have much morning sickness but I couldn't stand the smell of chocolate. :( Oddly enough, he can't have chocolate! He's not allergic, but it does stress his system. However, there was something in the hormonal balance because my last trimester I had the most beautiful skin. No breakouts, it was smooth and clear and I didn't even have a T zone. I have to say I was really disappointed I didn't have that with the others. :D I gained 70 lbs. with him. (eeek)
With my second son, I spent the first trimester sicker than a dog. I could keep nothing down, period. I lost a ton of weight. I finally got better, and after getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I gained about 40 lbs with him.
With my first daughter, everything was different. Light morning sickness, almost negligible. I was in peak physical condition because I was still in the military; I'd been activated for Iraq. With her I only gained around 25 lbs. She was an emergency section.
With my second daughter, it was so simple. No morning sickness, no food intolerance's, etc. I didn't even gain 25 lbs. with her. She is actually my smallest petite child of all of them. I have no idea why I gained so little. I ate like a pig through all four of my pregnancies and my first daughter, until I was sent home (when we found out I was pregnant) I was eating like two pigs. :D I really do think every pregnancy is different, not just because of the babies sex but who they are and what they're made of.
Well I have 2 girls and I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my 3rd girl and all of my pregnancies have been different. With my first I had placenta previa, sore breast, ate all the time had felt sick a lot but only threw up about 5 times, had horrible pelvic pain, heartburn and got such swollen feet by the end. With my second I was so sick and threw up every day for 6 weeks! never got swollen feet or sore breast, still had heartburn and some pelvic pain. i was also so tired and super anemic. Now with this one I didn't really get sick at all, got sore breast later in my pregnancy, haven't had an change in eating habits which also has had me gain the least amount of weight, still have heartburn and no swollen feet and some pelvic pain. I also have had a lot more energy and not anemic at all.
I knew I was pregnant with my first pregnancy the day after I conceived my first daughter....mother's intuition I guess. Anyhow with her I couldn't stand the smell of chocolate or citrus- they made me violently ill. I had morning sickness the first trimester and had to eat mild flavored food. Once that was over though I could eat anything (except citrus and chocolate) and everything. I love spicy food...so does my daughter. Oh and I CRAVED KFC's mashed potatoes and gravy...had them at least 3 times a week. Whenever I would go for a walk or anything that required relatively minor amounts of energy I would come home and sleep for hours.
Second pregnancy was pretty mild. Had minor nausea and much more energy than with the first one. This DD was born on moving day. After she arrived my DH called some friends to help move the household furniture to our new apartment. They did this just before midnight. Why? because I was released the next day.
My 3rd pregnancy was hard on me. I didn't have morning sickness but I was constantly hungry and my DS was on my sciatic nerve form about the first month in my second trimester until he was born. My joints were really loose and my right arm was constantly coming out of it's socket. I also had horrible leg cramps and swelling. I couldn't sit, stand or lay down for more than 1/2 hour at a time and during the third trimester on top of everything else I lost my sense of taste. EVERYTHING had the same (non) flavor. It was hard to eat anything at that point in time. It lasted til 4 months after I delivered him.
My 4th pregnancy was so non eventful that nothing in particular stands out.
All of my labors were short. Anywhere from 3 1/2 hours to 7 hours.
My first I felt tired and that queasy drugged feeling, had morning sickness from 9 until 20 weeks. Second one, felt great, no tiredness, some morning sickness from 9-11 weeks, but not too bad. This time around, more like the first, tired, queasy, nauseaus, morning sickness, except with this one I also want to eat all time. Every pregnancy is somewhat different. My first was a girl and the second was a boy. So it will be interesting to see what this one turns out to be.
I know what you mean about them being different. With my son, I was completely fine. Now I'm almost 7 months...nowhere near as big as I was with my son and my breasts feel like ticking time bombs...as if at any time they're just going to explode. I joke with my sister that they have bladders because they leak every now and then, so sad! I have a lot more headaches too...but that might be because I'm in front of a computer screen all day at work :P And my feet swell every now and then...I can't eat hot wings...the texture bothers me, I had to let go of my beloved bok choy..she doesn't like it, kicks it right back. I'm not really a fan of fruit punch, but I tried it on different occassions and I hate the taste of it...well any punch really. I'm excited to see her but this is it, lol.
mine were night and day nothing was the same
Mine were all identical...sorry can't help you there...and I have a girl and 2 boys.
1st such a easy pregnancy through the whole thing. Morning sickness was just in the morning and didnt have severe breast tenderness. 2nd pregnancy im currently 12 weeks and morning sickness all day, severe breast tenderness, itchy breast, and i drowl when i sleep now lol. They are totally different. My 1st was a girl and we arent finding out what this baby is until delivery.
My first and second were night and day (and were girl/boy in that order) -- I seriously thought I was having a girl this time around too as it seems much more similar to the my first pregnancy...but alas, the U/S showed me I was wrong :) I am due in May....Only thing different about this pregnancy from the other 2 -- my hair has not turned curly. Before ANY pregnancies my hair was pin straight, when I got pregnant with my first, it turned curly and stayed that way with the second too (they are 17 mos apart)...this time my hair is straight again. Oh the things we do for kiddos :) ha! Hair Trauma Mama!
