my 2mnth old has been snortin4 awhile. when i asked the pediatrician, he said its because the airway is small and he's trying to get more air through the nose than airway allows. has any1 every experienced this and/or heard this or another explanation?

Sounds like you need to visit a pediatric ENT. Dr. Wade Cressman is amazing!!! And he has offices all over Tampa & St. Pete.

Yep - the first call i gave to our pedi was at 2 am cause i was worried about my daughter's "snoring" sounds as she slept - no worries, he'll grow out of it :oD

Yes! I remember calling pediatric consulting nurse about it. I was so sure that since babies breathe through their nose it must mean he cannot breathe. I was so worried. I also learned that very young babies sneeze in order to clear their noses. The nurse assured me this was normal. I've heard keeping the baby upright after feeding and while sleeping can help.
