nope not too soon. If they aren't being used and in the way I would. Atleast you held on to them for 9 months, time to make room for the new ones that will be coming in, in a few months.
to sell Christmas gifts that were received last year? My kids have several toys that they have only played with once or twice and are now in my way. Can I sell these and be done with them?
There is a huge consignment sale coming up and I would like to get rid of them if possible. I honestly think they will not be missed.

Absolutely not, sell them.
Tradition in my home is purge toys to get new ones. The kids participate in selecting the toys they would love to gift to another through selling them or just giving them away. I say go for it.
Nope! Just do it - you'll feel better and they won't miss them. :)
I'm going through my little guy's inventory as I write this, I HAVE to get rid of some things with Christmas only a few months away!!
We got rid of some Christmas toys this Summer.
You can do whatever you want with what belongs to you! What's this "too early" stuff? :) If it doesn't belong in your house, GET RID OF IT. That's my motto...and I try to live by it as much as I can because being a stay at home mom and a homeschooler, we already have too much stuff we "need."
heck i'd get rid of ANYTHING they don't play with, even if they got it last month!! Good luck on the sale, hope you make a bundle!!!
i took a bunch of christmas items after 3 months. they were missed only when the commercial comes on.
Why not? Christmas was over 8 months ago. No point in holding onto clutter.
if your kids don't care then it's fine!
