I shave every other day. That's the ONLY way I don't get them.
On the occasion I don't and I get an ingrown hair... I pluck it.
In Grown Hairs.... How do you ladies deal with them/ prevent them???? I'm constantly getting them on my calves and upper thighs and once in a while my armpits ! I'm SOOO sick of them they gross me out. DH had one on his neck for a Long time, that wouldn't go away either :-( Any advice would be helpful ! THANKS

Make sure your razor is not dull.
And disinfect it with alcohol.
I second Tend Skin. Works great. Can be pricey but it's worth it not getting those painful and ugly bumps.
If you are cutting them to close to the skin then it will cause them to continue growing inward. I am not sure where the hair is, but if you can keep some on there it might be better. It seem to happen most to people with thick hair.
Buy Tend Skin, it's a product made for men and women to prevent ingrowns and razor burn (I buy my online through Amazon, although some salons that due hair removal will carry too). I was turned onto this product 12 years ago and LOVE it...it does burn a bit when you apply w/ cottonball (I use on my bikini area and underarms) but it is WAY better then those ugly red bumps!!!
This stuff is amazing!!!
