My husband got me the Insanity workout and I have jsut fisinshed day 5! Super tough, but I am able to make it through as long as I go at my own pace. I was wondering if anyone has done this workout and what the results were. Also, what do you do after Insanity's 60 days? Thanks!

What can I do next?

I know you're looking for results, but I tried Insanity and I didn't like it. I found when the people in the video rolled out on the floor, it discouraged me to keep going. lol I did two rounds of Turbo Fire (another Beach body product) and since I was doing so much daggone jumping and being up on the balls of my feet, my legs are really, really strong. The weight flew off, I can tell you that. Before starting, I couldn't jump with two feet off the ground. By the time I was done I was able to run six miles without stopping. I don't do it anymore since I run now, but it was how I was able to build a strong foundation to start running. Insanity and Turbo Fire are very similar.

You won't be disappointed.

My orthopeadic doc said his practice is thriving because of the p90x and other like programs. I ride a recumbent exercise bike and just purchased an elliptical machine tonight (delivery TBD) boring I know but it is a safe workout. I also do free weights and old fashion sit ups. I've lost 14.5 lbs since Jan. 17 and am now in a size 4 or 6.
FYI... I had to see an ortho doc because I injured my knee doing lunges before Christmas:(.
