RUBBING ALCOHOL!! That and I also use IMMACU -10; an enzyme based product, NON chemical and non toxic.
Hello Ladies
I am hoping that someone can help me. My 2 year old daughter got a hold of a ball point pen and wrote on our leather couch. The couch is a creme/tan color, not sure if there is any relevancy to the color of the couch but.......I need some way to get the ink off the couch, can anyone help?? I appreciate any input. Thanks!

I would use Basic-H by Shaklee. It is non-toxic and any residue can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
You can get it at www.shaklee.net/joshmeyer
If you have any questions about it, please feel free to send me a message.
Good Luck!

My leather couch is also cream, and my son wrote on it with inkpen. I used finger nail polish remover, and it worked. Be sure to test a spot first. :)
i use hair spray on cloths so you might try it on your couch
Hi D.,
Have you tried Avon's Skin So Soft bath oil? I remember it took permanent marker off a light-colored painted door when my oldest was a toddler. I did get to it quickly; also had to rub it very gently with a scrubber. Test a spot first. It's oily so it might just rub into the leather when you are done.
Good luck!

Hi D.,
Fortunately, my leather couch is blue, or I'd probably be asking the same question, lol.
Hairspray will often take ink off of fabric, so you might try a little on a 'Q-tip' in an inconspicuous area to see if it is OK with the finish on the leather. If that doesn't work, there are special creams that will remove ink - I'g google it.
Good luck!
We just purchased leather furniture and out rep gave us a product by Guardsman called Ink Remover. Before I tried anything else, I would use this since it is especially made for leather.
use lotion and a fabric softener sheet... works to get off the wall I would assume the leather as well! good luck
Not sure if it will work on leather, but hairspray takes out ink in clothes. You spray it on (drench it) and then let it sit for 10 minutes or so. I have had to repeat it at times when the stay was a little stubborn.
Good luck!
We have a tan leather couch that has received a lot of Oops. With two boys (6 and 3), someone is always getting something on it. I have used the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on my couch and it has worked great. Test a spot first of course, but you should be ok. It has taken off ink pen, marker, you name it. I am not sure what they put in the magic Eraser to make it so magic, but it must be something good and full of chemicals. So if you have any leather conditioning creme, I would put that on the spot afterwards. Good Luck
D. we used hairspray on all fabrics including leather to remove ink. Be prepared for it to run like crazy. You may feel it's making a bigger mess but keep at it. I hope the ink hasn't set too long. We would get to it right away and it came right up.
Try using hairspray, I know it takes ink off of clothes. Hope this helps.
Get some aque net hair spray and a clean dry cloth, spray the ink spots and they should disolve and just wipe away. Then use water on the leather to remove the hair spray.Worked on my leather car seats perfectly.
Same here, husband is not happy about the ink on the leather....what do we do?
