Walmart Salon has a Aloe Vera leave in conditioner that works great! In a green pump bottle. About $10.
Basically, my subject line is my question :) I'm in search of a good working natural conditioner for my daughter! :) Any suggestions??
I'm on my way to vitamin shoppe to get Aubrey's Organics. :) Wish me luck! :) Thanks for all the great advice! however, I thought I'd mention... the coconut oil made my daughters hair a greasy mess! Oh good god, it combed beautifully, but when it dried, it looked like it was still wet. :) And yes, I had "rinsed" it out when it was still wet. Apparently oil doesn't mix with water, which it why it doesn't rinse out. :) I'm being sarcastic. :)

Apple cider vinegar, just rinse her hair with it and leave it in. It doesn't smell once it dries.
My 17 yr old and I use coconut oil. It's sold in the baking section of the grocery, about $10 for a jar. It is solid but when you out a dab in your hands and rub together, it quickly liquidates and is a great conditioner.
It can be used on wet or dry hair
my boys love the GUD brand by Burts Bees. The Pear smells amazing. Its tough to say how well it conditions b/c they have super short hair.
we like Yes to Cucumber (and Carrots, but I like Cucumber better). my daughter has baby fine, very long hair and this one takes care of the tangles for the most part.
we've also used Nature's Gate Pomegranate (I think it's for color treated hair but she likes the smell). I like it better than Yes but its not heavy enough for my daughter.
Olive oil or coconut oil :)
I use coconut milk sold in Asian store ( 1 dollars for many time uses). It is very moisturizing compared with coconut oil. Coconut oil doesn't work for my hair, I lost lots of hair.
Use eggs as a mask. Shampoo well. Rinse well and put diluted apple cider for few minutes, and rinse.
Aubrey's Organics. It is amazing!
