If your time and budget allows, I highly recommend a pre-natal yoga class. I didn't suffer from too many pregnancy aches and pains (thank goodness!) but some other ladies in my yoga class had similar complaints to yours. Our yoga instructor gave them some great stretches and exercises that helped them tremendously. And they all wondered why their doctors weren't giving them that kind of advice. Class is on Monday evenings near Akron (about 20 min. away -- right off of 77S) WELL WORTH the drive if you can spare the time. If you're interested, send me a reply and I'll give you details!
