Hi all, I am looking for a reputable charity that will pick up items. I have A BUNCH of baby stuff, barely to not at all used that I would love to donate but I am having a hard time finding a charity that will 1) Accept gently used items and 2) pick them up! I'm looking for more of a personal charity and not goodwill type of a place.

Let me recommend big brothers is a very good charity and they pick up the goods at your door.

Well, it's not an organized charity, but I used Freecycle to give away my baby stuff when I didn't need it. Here's the link to Freecycle in the north east. Look for your town, or a town near you, and you can post what you have to offer. I felt very good about handing over used things in good condition to people that needed these things.

Its wonderfull! - Its a web page you register by town. You post what you have and if someone needs it, they respond and they pick it up. (you can also post what you may need)
There are many people out there in many differnt situations who would be more than greatfull to get your gently used items.
Its a great way to support your community too.
