Hello! I struggle daily with meals and I really need your help! I have 2 picky toddlers, and need as many ideas as you can give for meals? What are some things that your kids like to eat for lunch, and what do you cook for dinner? I use to cook fancy meals, and that has pretty much gone out the window. I need to change my meals up, but I want all of us to be happy. I refuse to cook seperate mealy for everyone, but it's really hard to keep everyone satisfied. Help! :)

What can I do next?

I have a 14 month old who I think is pretty picky too and will no longer eat anything unless it is something we would eat too (no baby food at all). For lunch/dinner he eats mostly protein and fruit. I'm working on sneaking in veggies whenever possible. He seems to like the texture of ground meats so I make a lot of burgers/meat patties for dinner. For example, I've made blue cheese jalapeno burgers for my husband and I, but made some mini patties minus the jalapeno and blue cheese ahead of time for him. Also, I make a moroccan meat patty that my son loves so I cook extra and freeze so I can feed him those if I'm making a dinner I know he won't eat. I also have frozen turkey meatballs and sweet potato fries in the freezer for days my husband and I want a meal that he won't eat. For lunches, I will pack my son a little lunch with leftovers from the night before along with sliced fruits. If there aren't leftovers I give him yogurt or hard-boiled egg whites for protein. Still looking for veggie ideas so looking forward to hearing other ideas.

Hmm that's always a hard thing to give advice on because You are tne only one who REALLY knows what they will and won't eat.
I personally cook, kinda seperate meals for my 2 y/o, but only when I KNOW that what I'm cooking for me and my husband is not so kid friendly.
Easy ideas...but some of the frozen chicken nuggets. They're cheap and take 10min to cook.

Hot dogs work wonders too..
I think the best thing is to try and make food fun for them.
I.E. Mickey mouse pancakes, chicken nuggets shaped like dinosaurs etc.

I have a 3 year old who is told she wont get any snacks or anything if she wont eat dinner/lunch. She occasionally opts to go to bed hungry, but most of the time will at least attempt to eat what's served to her, even if she complains the whole time.

Will they eat spaghetti & meatballs? What about mac & cheese? Roll up lunchmeat and let them eat that while you eat a sandwich. Toasted ravioli dipped in maranara sauce. Hamburgers/hot dogs/french fries. Fruit & yogurt. French toast/pancakes or omlettes...my kids LOVE breakfast for lunch/supper. English muffin pizzas. These are just some of the things that work here.
