As a family fun game with my family we recently starts this at christmas, As all of us are getting older we do a cousin exhange which also includes our grandpa we did it as a way to inculde him because his wife (grandma) past away 3 years ago and he feels bad that he can not afford to buy for all of his grandchildren. he only buys for his greatgrand children which there is 7 for him!! but always put a little twist to it, last year it had to be something along the lines of Eats Beats and Treats this year its a letter of the alphabet I got J and my husband got O. We then put them in brown bags and play that white elephant game.... So does anyone have some ideas. Oh some other rules NO cds, or gift cards and a limit of 15 dollars.

What can I do next?

Jenga (the stacking game)

For "O", what about a book about your state? Like a coffee table book...
Or you could go with a sure winner, like a sealed jar (the kind with the rubber seal, like a coffee jar) filled with a variety of Oreos. They have several Christmas ones (chocolate covered, mint, peppermint, the kind that has red filling)... You could buy a few different kinds and fill the jar with a mix of the different kinds.
