My 19 month old is a very big boy, he now weighs 42 pounds and the size 6 cruisers we have been using are getting a little snug. I have seen size 7 cruisers but are hard to come by and was hoping that someone would have some suggestions.
I would consult your doctor about his size. I would be very concerned about his weight. Finding proper diapers is important and I can't help you with that but his weight will be long term issue if not dealt with now.

I have never heard of diapers that big. My kids never outgrew size 4 and I only new of one other kid that even used size 5. Have you talked to the doctor about his size?? My son is 3 1/2 and weighs about 35lbs. I think he is about average.
Have you concered taking this opportunity to start potty training? He is almost 2 so you have a good shot. I potty trained my son about 2 months after he turned 2. It only took 1 week :-) I would be happy to give some advice in that area also (if you are interested)

When diapers stopped holding urine we had to switch to Goodnights. They are designed for kids who wet the bed. They have 2 sizes the first size is to something like 65 lbs. The second is for around 100 lbs. The downfall is that they are more like a pull up than a diaper - you have to put them on by pulling them up the legs like underware. But the side can be torn if there is poop in it.
The best place to find these are Wal-mart.
You could contact the diaper companies and see if they make larger diapers and where in your area are they sold. Some companies will ship direct to you.

I have two ideas... you could look for the bigger size diapers on the internet... there are places where you can buy them by the case. You could also use 'pull-ups' type things they have out now.... good luck and God Bless
