Tingaling anywhere and shortness of breath are signs of heart or circulatory problems regarless of pregnancy and these symptoms could be unrelated to the pelvic presssure.

You need to contact your doctor immediatly and if you can't reach your doctor go to the Emergency room to be checked out. It is better to be safe than sorry!

Tingling in your face could be a sign of high blood pressure. You should have it checked immediately. Something you can try is to lay down on your left side. That will temporarely bring down high blood pressure. You should call your doctor & check your blood pressure.

Shortness of breath is normal. I carried my son so high it felt like he was pushing on my lungs.

Shortness of breath, yes, definitely by this stage.

The tingling in your face could be hyperventilating. Are your hands tingling at all, too? Feeling stiff? That's hyperventilating.

Pelvic pressure, depends. How much is a lot? That could be the baby moving down. Or you could be in labor!

I'd call my doctor and get an appointment ASAP just in case.
